We are a family-owned and operated company with a combined owner experience of over 50 plus years. As full-time “hands-on” owners, Hugh and Millie Crenshaw recognize the value of professionalism, knowledge, and responsibility and are there to answer any questions you may have with your closing. Millie is a full-time closer who runs the office and oversees the closings. Hugh is the title examiner who creates the title commitments according to the guidelines of our underwriters, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, and Westcor Land Title Insurance Company. We can perform all types of searches for any kind of property for our clients and customers at a moment’s notice.

I had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Millie Crenshaw on a recent transaction. As a lender, Millie and her team were extremely quick, accurate and professional to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful and hands on throughout the transaction.
