I had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Millie Crenshaw on a recent transaction. As a lender, Millie and her team were extremely quick, accurate and professional to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful and hands on throughout the transaction. Seller of the transaction was being difficult for my buyer, and Millie stepped in to assist in resolving the issue and it is only because of Millie that the transaction was able to close on time, and everyone was happy.
